The seminar was organised by the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign
Affairs, the World Bank and Oslo University College, LINS in connection
with the annual consultation on the Norwegian Education Trust Fund
(NETF) for Africa in the World Bank.
The focus of the seminar: To bring the NETF process to a conclusion,
reflecting on the impact of the program and the lessons learned
for future activities.
